Getting to know us

Dr. Kyle Alexander

Dr. Kyle Alexander was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio where he attended The Columbus Academy.  Between his teachers stoking his fascination with science and the human body, and the multiple injuries he sustained on sports teams, Dr. Alexander became interested in chiropractic medicine.  Dr. Alexander completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at the University of Richmond and continued on to Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, CA where he served as the President and Treasurer of the student body.  Dr. Alexander graduated Cum Laude and was inducted into the International Chiropractic Honor Society.

Dr. Alexander’s exemplary performance at Palmer earned him a prestigious internship at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD.  There he worked directly with Dr. William Morgan who opened the Navy’s first chiropractic clinic and was the Chiropractor to Congress at the U.S. Capitol.  Not only did Dr. Alexander log over 440 hours of treatment with active duty service men and women, but he also completed rotations with the following medical specialties:

•    Neurology/Neurosurgery
•    Radiology
•    Neuroradiology
•    Pain Management
•    Rheumatology
•    In/Out-Patient Physical Therapy
•    Urology
•    Traumatic Brain Injury
•    Diabetes
•    Oral/Facial Pain
•    Gastroenterology
•    Executive Health

Dr. Alexander was also invited to provide care to the Naval Academy athletic teams during the 2009-2010 season.

In 2010, Dr. Alexander returned to his hometown to open his own private practice with the aim of bringing integrated care to Columbus. Understanding the benefits of chiropractic relief from injuries without drugs or surgery, and the benefits offered through traditional medical care, Dr. Alexander developed a unique treatment plan that acknowledges the necessity of integrating musculoskeletal, neurological, and emotional systems so patients can be treated as a whole person.

Dr. Kyle Alexander has eased my fears of traditional chiropractic care and has educated me about the relationship between chiropractic care and overall health & prevention of illness and disease. He is very caring, extremely skilled, and it is obvious he loves to help people feel better. I feel comfortable asking him questions related to my overall health, and I am getting physically and mentally stronger every day from following his recommendations in addition to receiving treatment.
